MedLite C6® Laser Tattoo Removal
AQS Proudly Introduces it's Latest, cutting-edge laser for tatoo removal - The MedLite C6 by HOYA ConBio

Why is the MedLite C6® laser the most effective laser for tattoo removal?

This supreme technology allows physicians to treat and remove tattoo's in a vast array of colors. The laser reliably removes dark ink and red tattoos, as well as the very popular green and sky blue ink.  Each color requires a specific wavelength to be removed effectively and properly. The MedLite C6® laser provides these wavelengths accurately to the tattoo to remove a full spectrum of color. If that isn't enough....the MedLite C6® laser also won the 2005 Aesthetic Trends and Technologies' Laser & Light Choice Award, for the Best Tattoo Removal Laser

How does the MedLite C6® laser work to effectively remove tattoo's?

The MedLite C6® allows your physician to use choose an optimum wavelength to remove the tattoo. This wavelength passes into the skin and is absorbed by a specific color ink, customizing the treatment for each patient and each individual tattoo. The laser causes targeted molecules to vibrate and shatter by using a PhotoAcoustic effect - this effect breaks down the ink into tiny molecules. The body's natural filtering system removes these molecules safely and from the body. This amazing technology enables your physician to remove stubborn tattoo's safely, effectively and comfortably with fewer treatment sessions.

How many treatments will I require to remove my tattoo?

The following factors all contribute to the amount of treatments that will be required to remove a tattoo, they include:

  • Size, location, the individual's healing process, how the tattoo was applied, and length of time it has been on the skin.
  • A tattoo performed by a more experienced tattoo artist, for example, may be easier to remove since the pigment is evenly injected in the same level of the skin. A tattoo that has been on the skin for a considerable length of time may be more difficult to remove than a new one.
Professional tattoos, on average, require six to eight or more treatments, while amateur tattoos require four or more sessions due to the different composition of inks. Treatments are spaced approximately four to eight weeks apart. With the use or MedLite® C Series laser, physicians often achieve greater than 95 percent fading.
